Make sure your design has a completely transparent background; otherwise, it will be printed as received. The final print quality will depend directly on the file you submit.

If you submit RGB files, they will be converted to CMYK during printing, which may cause slight color variations. For greater accuracy, we recommend submitting your designs in CMYK format.

If we find that your design isn't of sufficient quality for UV DTF printing, we'll contact you so you can correct it before production. We're not responsible for the file quality if you decide to proceed with printing.

This product is not for fabric. It does not work on porous materials, silicone, or textured or matte surfaces.
